Essential Alignment is a focused 75 min session, designed to help you understand and optimize your body’s movement patterns. It offers a personalized approach to posture, form, and technique, giving you the tools to move with precision and confidence.

You have the choice of a one-time session or a two-session series:

One-Time Session

A single, targeted session focused on:

  • Understanding your body’s unique alignment needs
  • Improving posture and technique
  • Identifying compensations that can lead to injury
  • Maximizing the impact of your current workouts

Two-Time Session Series

  • Session 1: A full alignment and technique evaluation tailored to your workout style
  • Session 2 (3 months later): A follow-up to ensure proper body mechanics and alignment are being practiced according to the initial evaluation
