Reformer is for Overall body conditioning! -is a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs, starps,and a footbar. The carriage moves on a frame and the springs provide adjustable resistance - Sounds and look scary but it's amazing and so much fun!
Chair: -Helps strengthen knees, feet and ankles! A metal or wooden box with a pedded seat on top and a pedail attached to one side of the spring Helps strengthen knees, feet and ankles
Tower- Targets strength, training and flexibility! A metal frame attached to the reformer with arm/leg springs, pull down and push through bar
