Personal Trainings

In personal training, every workout is tailored to your body, goals, fitness level, and schedule. Sessions use our favorite Pilates equipment—the Reformer, Tower, and Chair—providing targeted support and resistance to safely deepen your workout.

Reformer: Is a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs which provide adjustable resistance, straps, and a footbar. Reformer Pilates is challenging for many reasons: the use of resistance, deeper core engagement, precision, and full-body involvement.

Tower: Is a fixed piece of equipment attached to a Reformer or wall. Its leg and arm springs, along with the push-through and pull-down bars, provide stability and control, helping improve muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and flexibility.

Chair: Used seated or standing, brings Pilates into everyday and sports movements—toning the body, improving balance, and elevating your functional ability and sports performance through bodyweight, coordination, and spring resistance.
